Deal accounting on the platform.
From contributions to payouts.

SynFi keeps accounts by double-entry rules: every contribution, stage release, and payout stays in the journal. The day closes daily, and reconciliation with payments runs every business day.

Deal data is always ready for external review.

SynFi stack: from contract to ledger

i.

Integrity-protected journal

Each posting is linked to the previous one. Backdated changes show up when the chain is verified.

ii.

Operating day

Daily closing with tasks for each jurisdiction’s rules. A trial balance is produced every business day.

iii.

Reconciliation built in

The general ledger is reconciled daily with payments and bank statements. Discrepancies show within 24 hours.

iv.

Separation by organization

Strict separation between legal entities and jurisdictions. One regulator request — one export for the relevant organization.

v.

Events for integrations

External systems receive deal event notifications automatically. No need to export data by hand or constantly poll the API.

vi.

Tax at source

Rates follow the partner’s residency rules. Withholdings are remitted to the budget. Annual statements are generated automatically.

vii.

Audit journal

Material events are recorded. Retention follows jurisdiction requirements. Export is available on request.

viii.

Data storage

Jurisdiction data is stored in a dedicated region. Access from another region requires explicit permission and is always logged.
