Security
EvoPay protects account sign-in, operations, and funds in escrow. Below is what the platform does and what matters on your side.
Sign-in protection
- Passwords are stored securely (never in plain text).
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) — can be enabled in the cabinet.
- Protected browser sessions.
- Separated permissions: customer and staff actions are kept apart.
Funds and escrow
- Deal funds stay in a protected account until terms are confirmed.
- Top-up and withdrawal may be reviewed before they are credited.
- Payouts and transfers depend on the account’s security settings.
Data
- The connection to the service is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
- We collect only what is needed for the service, checks, and support.
- Details are in the Privacy policy.
Identity check (KYC)
Limits and available operations depend on the verification level. When needed, we ask for documents and further checks. Unusual operations may be held for review.
Your role
- Enable 2FA in the security cabinet.
- Use a unique password for EvoPay.
- Do not share your password or codes by email, phone, or messengers — we never ask for them that way.
- Watch your operations in the cabinet.
